Cooling-off (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Digital CAD licences are usually supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you are asked for express consent to immediate download/access and an acknowledgement that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once download or access begins (CCR regulation 37). Where that valid waiver is given and supply has begun, the statutory cooling-off cancel right for that digital content does not apply.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a particular purpose you made known — including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

When refunds are generally not available

After a valid cooling-off waiver and once download or access has begun, change-of-mind refunds for digital downloads are generally not available.

Exceptions we still honour

• Duplicate accidental purchase of the same licence.
• File corrupt or materially not as described (wrong format / empty pack) and we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.
