Terms of Use

1. Who we are

CADBAY is a marketplace for licensed technical / CAD drawings. These Terms govern use of the website and services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• One account per person or firm unless we agree otherwise.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or Seller Terms.

3. The marketplace

• Listings are offered by independent studios (sellers). CADBAY provides the platform and takes a platform fee on sales.
• Buying a listing purchases a licence to use files under the Licence Terms — not ownership of copyright.
• Drawings are not a substitute for professional design, engineering, or building control. No warranty of fitness for construction.

4. Cancellation and digital content

Digital content is typically unlocked immediately after payment. At checkout we ask you to accept these Terms and the Licence Terms, and separately to consent to immediate access/download and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancel right once download or access begins (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). Details of when cooling-off applies, when it is lost after a valid waiver, and CRA 2015 rights for faulty or misdescribed content are in Refunds.

5. Acceptable use

See also our Acceptable Use / IP Policy. You must not upload stolen work, malware, or illegal content, or abuse downloads and refunds.

6. Payments

Checkout is processed by PayPal (and any other processors we enable). Platform fees and seller payouts are described in Seller Terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, CADBAY is not liable for losses from use of third-party drawings. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice means acceptance of the updated Terms.
